Not that I know of off the top of my head, but you could try opening it with Microsoft Access or Excel and see if anything is displayed. It might be encrypted though. Depending on what you want to do, you might be able to get the data from PC Studio or something too.

I already have open the file with an hex editor. the content is not encrypted at all. By opening the file you can see many deleted info that can be retrieve. The data structure looks like a SQL database (perhaps DB2) so I wonder if a tool could help me to undelete data lost.

Can you just copy the data you see in the hex editor? If not, try opening the file in Excel (or some alternative like LibreOffice (OpenOffice) spreadsheets) to see if it can be read as a spreadsheet where you could copy the data.

i can't remember which file that is
lol

is that the one where if you mess with it, you brick the phone?

anywho

a lot of databases have some sort of marker for seperation
so if you find.... let's say your contacts in this file
instead of seeing jim2125551212bob8185551212
you know, one big run on sentence
you might see #jim- 2125551212#bob- 8185551212#
whereas the # represents a new listing and the - is where the next box begins within that listing
