Thought I'd better share this with you seeing as none of you seem to know about it.

[EDIT] - thanks Batman.
Put the contents of a867 emulator in the devices folder with your other emulators.

In the appdb folder, create an SGH-a867 folder then unzip the SGH-a867 files into it. This path should be... c:\...\Samsung_SDK_11\appdb\SGH-a867
Then you may hail the power of womanhood Smiley

Where did you get that from? It's not in the Samsung SDK I downloaded. All hail javagirl! lol

*EDIT*
I might have to take back what I just said. Wink Maybe I'm just stupid but how do you launch an app with it? None of the buttons are made to do that with like on other phones. The M8800 you just hit the center of the joystick thingy.

I'm not sure about Eclipse but for those of you with NetBeans you can open KToolbar and go to the Skins Updater Tab and choose the SGH-a867 and then click install. This download the skin and other data for the eternity. To get this in NetBeans you'll need to refresh your Samsung SDK Java Platform and then you can test your apps with the Eternity.

In the appdb folder, create an SGH-a867 folder then unzip the SGH-a867 files into it. This path should be... c:\...\Samsung_SDK_11\appdb\SGH-a867

 a867 emulator.zip (257.96 KB - downloaded 15 times.)
 SGH-a867.zip (1.15 KB - downloaded 12 times.)

Hi,

1> I unzipped SGH-a867.zip  into c:\...\Samsung_SDK_11\appdb\SGH-a867, started KToolbar, created new project, added the a867. I was then asked to restart KToolbar and I did. The project was just a simple default autogenerated project. I uploaded the .jar and .jad, used my Samsung SGH-a867 and pointed to .jad file. It's able to see .jad file, but when downloading I keep getting "Content mismatch". I have not changed anything in the code and is just default autogenerated code. PLEASE HELP.

2> Did I have to unzip a867 emulator.zip?

Thanks,
Kevin.
