java.lang.SecurityException applicaton not authorized to access restricted api

I searched the board for this and found only two references and neither addressed solutions. I downloaded a third party internet radio, when I went to run it this is the error it gave me.

java.lang.SecurityException applicaton not authorized to access restricted api (application not authorized to access restricted api.  I did find reference on the internet to that message but it was on a pc and using a Nokia emulator.  They edited some xml file to correct it.  Anyone have any clue what I'd do on the phone for this?
