my eternity is beeping randomly. its the beep that the phone makes when you plug or unplug the charger. it will beep while locked and while im using it. it doesnt do it all the time just randomly. really annoying!!! someone help!!!!

Thats weird. I'd get a new Eternity if you don't mind having to start with a new one again

Man I have the same problem with mine.  Mine was coming from the headphone jack on the side.  I thought it was the charger port but it wasn't.  Once i plugged headphones back into it and took it back out it stopped beeping.  Then it would not play music out loud.  would work thru the headphones but not without.  I called and they are sending me a replacement.  Of course its refurbed and i bought it not even 2 months ago which really blows.

Did anyone get this fixed without replacing the phone? My contract expires in a month so I don't think they'll replace my phone but it keeps making this sound and it's really getting on my nerves.

You could try spraying some compressed air into the headphone and charger ports (not too much though)

I used to live at a house that wasn't heated well and my eternity would constantly beep. (like i plugged it in to the wall)  But ever since I moved into my new house it has not beeped once. Guessing temperature was the issue for me. Hope this brings some clarity.  Smiley
