My wife and I both own identical SGH-A867‘s. Something has happened were her phone is now displayed as SGH-A867 Digital camera when connected to the PC or the laptop. The camera icon is empty when opened. Some of the camera settings on her phone had been modified. We have a lot of photos on the phone from our recent vacation. My phone still displays normally with the phone icon and all of the included folders. I’ve searched this site, and Google to the best of my ability. I’m working through the owners manual again. Any help is much appreciated. Thank you.

in the meantime, have her bluetooth the pictures to your phone. do not text or email them, they could get altered to meet messaging limits.

Probably because one phone is set on mass storage and the other on media player mode.

I Bluetoothed the pictures per your directions nunya, but then my phone was tagged as a camera. The short story is the PC studio/PC sync was updated on the 15th. I downloaded it and I’m cured. I’ve gotten used to the newer flashdrives and cameras not needing software installed, and I had been using the Eternity without the PCstudio for some time. Thanks very much to you and Agoattamer for your help.
