so I found some posts around after a few hours of searching about modding the samsung firmware using the

Samsung DIY utility.... the last post i found for this was in september of 08 , prior to the release of the eternity....

has anyone used the DIY succesfully? or even know about it?

Searched here since I got mine back in November and have not heard or seen anything about that. What is it and where do you get it!

Could this software be used to edit the sting in the software for comcast.com email and change it to a personal pop3 email server?

Is there even a stock firmware bin for the eternity available for download? where can I find it if so

i dunno dude, i presume you need to make a copy of the stock bin and back it up , that way you can reload it if you screw something up....
