For head phones try entering *#197328640#, [8]audio, [2]ear config, [4]av-qtune, [1]ear mp3 vol, you can increase each db to a setting you prefer. 0 is vol 1, 1 is vol 2 and so on. I have mine set at
0. -36.0 db
1. -29.0 db
2. -22.0 db
3. -15.0 db
4. -9.0 db
5. -2.0 db
6. 5.0 db

It is louder than stock. You can make it louder but be careful.

For speaker mp3 [8] audio, [3] spk config, [4] av-qtune, [1] spk mp3 vol
the same applies but don't set same as ear. Increase little by little to your desire. Again be careful and don't blow out the speaker.
Wondering what this audio challenged newbie did wrong? I typed in 0 then 1 then 2 then 3 up to 6 then hit my green key (not sure if that was necessary) and when I went to listen to my MP# player volume o is silent 1 is kinda loud 2 is hardly anything 3 sounds like 1..... 4 is real low like 2...5 is  like 3(kinda loud)..6 the most listen able level and 7 is kinda loud.

For #6....am I supposed to hit 6 50  then SAVE and go onto #5 and hit 5 120 and then SAVE? (using number 1 as the negative symbol) then for #4 hit 4 190 SAVE?  and when I'm all done hit the green key after SAVE? or doesn't that matter?
What did I do wrong??? GULP Cry

You don't have to hit the green key. Just get out by hitting the red (hang up) button when finished. To enter the db's you have to put in 0, tap where you type in, press 1 four times to get the - sign, tap abc (at bottom), tap numeric, punch in (for example) 230, tap ok, tap ok again, wait like a second.       Your first level which is 0. should read -23.0. Tap in 1 and just repeat the process but raise the db's on each level little by little.

So after I type into my phone pad *#197328640# and the new screen comes up and then I type in 8 then 2 then 4 then 1 .............I go over to the phone pad and type in for starters "0" say....   0 period symbol, then minus symbol, then 3 then 6 then period symbol, then 0 then OK twice and then repeat starting with 1?
Thanks so much.

We're all here to help each other out but I would like some work done on my house!! LOL. You don't need to type in the period symbol. It automatically puts it in before the 0. For example if you put in 230 it'll show up 23.0. If you put in 10 it'll show up as 1.0. If you put in 1 it'll show up as 1 because there's no 0.

Thanks for the info BAD...also..(he gives an inch and I keep asking questions...lol) I DO need to put the period in after I type in the number of the volume line I'm working on right? Like first db line 0 period -360 and 1 period -290
I can't believe I do the work I do and can't get this right...WOW!! Brain lock for some reason when it comes to this stuff Tongue

Just enter 0 without the period then you'll notice it says WRITE at the top instead of READ.

Ahhh ha...thats where my problem is i think. when I'm on that screen..
the screen that has the keypad and ontop of the keypad is the dropdown box that says "Keypad' and dropped down it says "handwriting"...on top of that is an empty screen thatmy numbers go into when I type....there's nothing in or above or below that that says WRITE or READ after I put the zero in.

I think I better stick with renovating houses and never tell any of my customers about this...lol

Can anyone tell me how to enter negative value?  Sad

0. -23.0
1. -21.0
2. -18.0
3. -13.0
4. -8.0
5. -3.0
6. 2.0

This is what I have for mp3 speaker. Changing this will increase the ringtone volume also because your ringtones should be mp3. If you want it louder, up the dbs for each like 1-2 more. Hope this helps.
