if they don't require you to send it in, send it to me. i'll fix it. and if i can't, i will keep it as a test phone for experiments.

They didn't offer me anything. They took my information and said "your phone is no longer available you will be recieving a Samsung A897 Mythic". Kinda wish they would of offered me an impression. My mythic is sloooooooooooww!

It gets the job done though and it looks nice so I can't complain too much.

Strange. They didnt offer me the mythic. Said the solstice and the impression were the only comparable ones available. Maybe it comes back to the fact that they can only offer what they currently have available....

Should get the phone today. Hopefully there will be paperwork in there which says if they want my eternity or not....

well i have had the impression for a few hours while i play with it at work :-)

although i really liked my eternity, i find the impression to be quite an improvement. they even sent me a brand new one-not a refurb. i especially like the slide out keyboard with arrows since i have sausage fingers.

i find it weird that the insurance wants me to send in the eternity though since they dont offer it as a refurb. *sorry nunya!

They probably ask for it so people don't scam them for a new phone and then sell the other phone or the phone that you get as a replacement.
