I had this exact question around August of 2009. I solved it, and I still love myself for wasting 50 years of my life figuring it out. Well, actually I just asked, and Americo helped me :p

This is a very bleh player for playing music. Aside from the crossfade feature it has.
But that's not what I use it for. Simply download it, After that...
1. Open it up.
2. If it doesn't show your library, go to File>Add/Rescan tracks to library>OK
3. Once your library is showing up, simply press the + beside the artist
4. That should drop down all of the albums you have for that artist.
5. Right click each CD name in the library list.
6. Click "Auto Tag From Web"
7. It should come with the album, if it's not the right one, click the very top, where it has a drop down box like arrow, click the name, and down scroll through until you find it.
8. Press whatever information you'd like to have, etc. And click Autotag
9. Do this to every CD you have(hopefully that isn't thousands :p )
10. Once your done, you should have every track, perfect, CD case, track title, artist name, EVERYTHING.
11. If the Auto Tag messes somthing up, just slowly double click the wrong peice of data, and you can type it yourself.
12. You can also correct cd cases by LEFT clicking the cd name, and drag-dropping an image you want into the rectangle showing the incorrect CD case. It should replace it.
IF THAT DOESNT WORK.
You have WMP files.
They suck, so you need to convert them, LUCKLY, media monkey will do that.
1. Where you see "Title" "Artist" "Album" on the semi top, showing what each list of info is, right click it, select "Type" which will create a list of what file type the track is.
2. If they are all Mp3, i'm not sure what's wrong, cause it works for me fine.
If they are WMP, you need to...
1.Drag your mouse and select every one of the tracks off the album that are WMP, which, just selecting the whole album will do the same i'm sure.
2. Click Tools>Convert Audio Format
3. The box that pops up should have a dropdown on the right upper side that says format: BE SURE IT IS ON MP3. You can mess with the settings to fix up the quality,etc, but that's up to you.
4. Click ok.
5. Rinse and repeat, once all are mp3, and all have been tagged, you can use WMP, or mediamonkey to send/sync to your phone
To use mediamonkey, just right click the artist, and hit Send to... and select your phone.
I have only used those two programs to sync my phones MicroSD card, so that's all i can be positive work.
