did you reboot your phone?
its possible you messed something up but also possible that a sound is stuck in the player. a reboot will fix.

and just how did you delete with your pc? if you used tk then you need to update your media database. pc studio shouldn't give you a problem deleting.

I had this problem earlier and figured out what was wrong, the files were slightly corrupted.  Installed Foobar and used the "rebuild MP3 stream" function under utilities.  Worked like a charm.  Didn't remove tagging or album art either.  Strange that the Eternity choked on it while every other player could handle it fine.

Dont use TKFE to transfer music. Use mass storage. If you use TKFE then you have to go to the admin menu and enter the internals then storage options then update media database.

I dont know why people think using TKFE for moving pics and music is th way to go. That is only for installing games/apps and modding. Go back to the basics for media transfer. That is why your phone is screwed up.
