yea.. we have to use there proxy, heres an example of what happens

Then request it unblocked. Or, set up an SSH tunnel or something.

Ohhhh, your computers run Windows... you're so lucky, those are much, much easier to hack than the Mac stuff. Likely just because I'm not incredibly skilled with BASH though.

You could go into the Start Menu and hit Run, then do "msconfig", or do "Services.msc" and deactivate the filter, unless the filter is run on another computer. But if it's run individually on each computer, it's very easy to get around.

Too easy, and unlikely. Usually school's systems are under a WAN and firewalled.

In the Windows folder there is Regedit, which would allow you to re-activate the Run button.

In the System32 folder is where msconfig is located.
