Personalized ringtones for contacts is not working

I think the contact has to be stored on your phone, and not your SIM, for this to work properly.

i'm not sure who the dumbass was that said the eternity couldn't do contact tones, but i vaguely remember correcting people constantly.
and since i do not have an e2, i couldn't tell you if you can or can't. the 2 was a lesser phone, so its very possible that it can not.

but i would check a menu button that allows for more options than just what you see on the 1st page. or possibly open up the file and see if it has a menu at the bottom of the music player that has options like 'user tone'
