You can spend more time actually reading the threads that pertain to this on this forum. They exist whether you have the ability to find them remains to be seen however.

Don't take it the wrong way but threads like this should just be deleted.

I myself was having problems getting TK to see my phone while PC studio 3 had no problems. What finally worked for me was rebooting the phone while it was connected to PC. (running Vista 64bit)

Actually, I have yet to get my phone to connect to TK on my desktop Angry. Works fine on the lappy though  Grin (after rebooting phone while connected)

ok well i was messing around with the hidden menus and after i presses something it rebooted the phone. anyways my tk explorer connected after this so here is what i did for all of you
enter this code *#6984125*# go to option # 2(pre configuration)
then it will ask for the operator code enter this *#73561*# after this you will see something that says default, click that and it will say installing then it will reboot.after this my tk explorer connected.

then i put like 3 games on and it sayed communication link lost again and wouldnt reconnect so i tryed this again and it connected so hope this helps anyone else

Normally, you should be able to connect with TKE without having to punch codes and doing reboots. There's got to be something else you are/aren't doing that's causing the problem. All the above stuff will eventually get your phone in trouble. TKE should see your phone immediately and without any problems, when you click on the phone connect icon.

You may want to go over the steps you are taking and see if there's something you are missing.

I was referring to the post above. Mine.
I was referring specifically to "All the above stuff will eventually get your phone in trouble."

The "All the above stuff will eventually get your phone in trouble," refers to what you wrote about constantly punching codes and rebooting your phone, just to keep TKE connected.
