First of all great job for building such a nice forum,I searched everywhere in the forum but could find any information regarding software update,is there any update available my software version is A867UCHJ3
          my main issue with the phone is,ppl are saying they cannot hear me when i am talking with bluetooth,i have to shout in order for them to hear me i tried to tweak bluetooth mic volume from service menu,it never helped me my settings are

1.txvol: 12 dB
2.dtmf_tx: -21 dB
3.cod_tx: 10 dB
4.cod_rx: 5 dB
5.cod)st: -84 dB
6.whisper_TxVol: 3 dB(tried 10 db also)

are there any better settings?

Try 1 on the whisper. The lower the better on this setting. I believe its like a squelch for those that know what that means. The mic pics up your voice when it is at this level.

but what about the firmware update?

There has been no firmware update for the eternity and we doubt there ever will be.

qft. samsung has promised us an update, at least once or twice, but their progress is invisible or nonexistent.
