When you are talking about the file size, do you mean the Cached Folder that I put onto my SD card? The file I have now is under 4mb and I'm sure this is small enough but what sizes have you guys been using? I'd love to have a larger map. *size does matter*  Smiley

Ifyour map is only 4mb you can go way bigger than that. I wouldnt go ober 100mb if you are using hash 97 when making your map. You could possibly make a 300mb map if you set your hash to 1 and then 32 tiles per file.

I'm getting lost on the navigating to the cached map folder part.  Under "Storage Path", I click on Menu, then Browse.  I select mmc/ then MGMapsCache/ but then I can't click on Menu again as per the instructions.  It still says "Select".  I can't ultimately select any of my folders and go back to the storage path screen...all I can do is navigate deeper into my folder structure and out again.  I can't seem to tell it "this is the folder I want."  What am I missing?

HI! I am a new member of this forum. I've been using this device for 15 months. Does anybody know any good gps application that can show maps of USA but there is no size limit issue in the memory card? I mean in this device it is capable to display the map.
Thanks..

No. The size issue is a phone OS problem, not a program issue.
