i downloaded PC Studio 3 and everytime i try to sync my outlook directly, my eternity restarts, regardless of whether i'm bluetoothed or cabled to my laptop. however if i work around and import into pc studio than import to my phone, it works fine. any ideas? it's an ibm/lenovo thinkpad t61, windows xp sp3, 32 bit.
