pc studio conversion help

on toasts movie thread, there is a link for more videos. i got pineapple express, and i got it onto pc studio 3, but when i go to create and movie converter to make it bigger, i get a

"The rank of login account is not administrator. Some media files cannot be edited."

PLEASE HELP!!

you can't make the movie bigger than what it already is, 320x240

but this movie from the new site is only 240 x 160
