I entered a master key and set Debug level to high, just to see what it would do. Now my phone restarted and it went to a boot loader with yellow text and a blue border. It was stuck there, I couldn't press any buttons, so I pulled out the battery and popped it back in. I started up the phone again and I saw the normal boot screen, but it gets stuck about 85% of the way and fizzes for a second then turns blank. I can keep turning it on but never get past this point!
Please help! I don't know what to do! I really hope I don't have to turn my phone in to get a new one (I hope they don't see i tinkered with it)
Thanks!

Ok yeah I knew I was risking when I entered the admin settings (and I suppose I deserved the lecture), but how do I actually FLASH the firmware? I found this link for the Eternity's firmware. Thanks for the quick reply.

This is the thread to fix your phone. In the other thread I gave you pmankow said he did not use the ffs file to flash and was able to keep his contacts and such. Take notice to it also. That is all I know. http://www.samsung-eternity.com/index.php/topic,5325.0.html

Thanks for the links. I guess all I need now is a data cable.. dang! Those things are expensive. Do you know if firmware can be flashed with a MicroSD memory card? Thanks again for help.

Actually, you can get data cables for only a few dollars on Amazon or ebay. Try searching there..

Thanks for the support guys, I really do appreciate it. Anyways, I found the cable for $5 on Google like lhamil64 said. Here's the link if anybody else needs one. http://www.buy.com/retail/product.asp?sku=211431035&listingid=46306500Now I just need to convince my parents to buy me one for a non-firmware-flash reason. I already have a memory card so that reason is out. edit: Woah, thanks Toast and lazybball, those are much better than my $5 find.

I bought a cable off of Ebay quite a while ago but my wife just recently upgraded to an Impression and it came with a data cable in the box.

Alright, I just bought that cable that was $1.49 with free shipping. What a great deal! The same cable on the official site of the seller ran for $5 plus shipping. I'll tell you all if the cable wasn't a jip when it gets delivered.
Thanks as always

I just got my cable delivered (took about a week, I was hoping I didn't get jipped). Now I installed the driver through PC Studio 3.2.2 HG5 according to this thread, but for some reason it's still not detecting my phone. I checked in Add/Remove programs and I have these drivers installed:
SAMSUNG Mobile Composite Device Software SAMSUNG Mobile Modem Driver Set Samsung Mobile phone USB driver Software SAMSUNG Mobile USB Modem 1.0 Software SAMSUNG Mobile USB Modem Software
I restarted my computer, unplugged and restarted my phone, and restarted PC Studio, but still doesn't get detected. I have the correct 3.2.2 version of PC Studio. I'm using Windows XP, but I can also use Windows 7 if needed. I'm getting alerts saying New Hardware Detected (Qualcomm MSM) but then a popup for installing a driver comes up (should already be installed).
Help?
edit: Quick note -- I didn't change any USB settings before my phone was bricked.
