Our old phones were Razors and they did not have this issue. My wife and I both have Eternitys and we cannot both talk at the same time. It is like we are on a cb radio. I thought cell phones were full duplex

Cell phones are full duplex. This is a bug that I have not encountered before. To the best of my knowledge, no other Eternitys have had this issue. Could you please specify more as to what is going on? It could be an audio setting issue. Otherwise I suggest just taking it back in for a replacement.

If I am talking and my wife starts talking at the same time... I cannot hear her and she then cannot hear me.
We bought 3 eternitys just over a month ago and this is happening to all of them

Do you still have the old Razors that you could put the SIMs into and see if it is a network or SIM issue?

Ok. Let me know. Like I said before, it is very uncommon that such an odd bug would be present in 3 different Eternitys. However, if you bought them all at the same time, got the SIM cards at the same time, etc etc.... it could be any one of these things. More than likely, whatever caused the issue with one phone, is what caused the issue with the others. Has it been like that since the first time you ever turned them on and if not, did the problems arise at/around the same time?

Then IMO, it is either a SIM issue, which those can produce on multiples... or the less likely fact that you got 3 screwed up Eternitys. Try the RAZRs tonight and see if you have the same issue. If so, it's likely the SIMs. If not... take back the Eternitys for warranty.

It could be the cell phone tower in your area you are using. It could be malfunctioning and somehow thinking your two phones have the same IMEI, in which case one of you would be disconnected, and the other would be able to still talk etc.
