Going on 8 months ago, I got off my family plan and started a NEW 2 year agreement with ATT. I used the website Letstalk.com, which many on these forums are familiar with, and the phone was FREE*. The * is there because it really wasn't free, because I had to pay $99.99 at the beginning of the agreement (all other fees were waived, shipping was free, etc.) As long as I abide by the T&C's for 6 months or so, Im golden and $99.99 will be sent to me. Technically, the rebate can be mailed in after 4 months but no later then 6 months. I followed all the necessary steps, yada yada, this was at the beginning of May. Now, and this is the part Im needing insight about, over 8 weeks ago I mailed that rebate in. The site says it can take 8-10 weeks, but I'm not too sure if I've passed that timeline yet or not. We'll have to wait and see....
My question: Has anyone successfully received their rebate from Letstalk.com ??
If so, how long did it take ? Was it in the form of a check or giftcard ?? Any USEFUL insight would be grateful.
