Samsung Electronics to Add Developer Forum for AndroidTM  developers

Samsung Electronics launches it’s Samsung Android Developer Forum, providing technical support for its Android application developers.

The Samsung Android Developer Forum will provide additional features and functionality for the Android Developer, via the existing Samsung Developer Forum (http://developer.samsung.com/android).

Samsung Developer Forum is a single destination for developers working with Samsung smart devices, providing news and updates, feature rich content and lively forums for technical advice and support. Samsung Developers draws in all of Samsung’s current development platforms (bada, Java, Widgets and Themes), providing a single integrated gateway, the latest SDK’s, tutorial videos, and both hardware and software updates.

The Samsung Android Developer Forum will offer development tools to help developers with complex projects, including SDK plug-ins for Augmented Reality (AR) or personalized LBS (Location Based Services) services.

The Samsung Android Developer Forum will also offer Sensor Simulator and Remote Test Lab (RTL), allowing developers to test their applications remotely on a real device.

Kang-hyun Kwon, Senior Vice President of Media Solution Center at Samsung Electronics commented that “Samsung Developer Forum for Android developers will enable all developers around the world to realize various ideas on Samsung’s Android devices and customers could experience high-quality android applications from Samsung apps.
