PC sync calendar error "Unable to handle user command"

Hey Guys,

I have work calendar on my Outlook. The server is on exchange. I tried to sync my calendar with that of Eternity and get the error "Unable to handle user command".

ON clicking the sync button on calendar window it says that some fields are not supported by the phone. I click OK. Then it tries to sync information and gives this error on the first sync.

This is bizarre as I do not know what to do to workaround this. I tried google and tried searching the site to no avail.

I am hoping someone can bail me out here
