sAMSUNG FOR lIFE

Mobile TV

i got the phone for christmas and bought mobile tv but, it just says looking for mobile tv service and then ALERT could not find mobile tv service,what does that mean

You have to be able to see the (TV) symbol at the top of your screen in order to use the TV service. If your not in range, you won't be able to use it.

also your signal has nothing to do with it, because the tv is from something else, i got tv with 1 bar on edge at my moms house no glitch and no lag, so the signal of your phone isnt considered in the matter. just look for the orange tv icon at the top.

omgosh yeah i had this dumb problem 2. i called att and for some reason they had truned off my pay per use internet. if u dont have that turned on the tv wont work. lol. im sure u have allready figured it out. and if not yeah call them. the will anable ur internet again so it works.

Also make sure you live in the coverage area, otherwise, no mobile tv ever.
