MMS Problem?

okay I've searched my question (of course because of my sig) But I couldn't find it, so my question is...

Does Any one else having a problem sending/ receiving MMS? I have unlimited text, My Dad can send/receive MMS on his razr, back when I had a razr I could send/receive MMS So whats going on? is it an att problem? or the phones? does anyone else have this Problem?

my mms has been slightly delayed for the last few days
the first i could verify it was thursday afternoon
its running about 8 minutes behind

***sending a picture to my yahoo mail took over an hour
but that i blame on yahoo

Well thanks quig and nunya but I fogured out my problem about 2 hours ago, my phone is a factory defect, soo... I'm getting a new phone on wednsday! woot! so I will send this one in and maybe get an updated one (please more sensitive screen!) so it's going to work out great

Hmmmm, mine might be defective too, then.
I've had it since January, with unlimited texting. When I try to send or receive MMS texts it says that it failed or it just doesn't say anything but still doesn't go through. I'll never used MMS, but hopefully now I can call ATT and get a better phone.
