Let me first start by saying that I have searched for this info and found some information and have verified that all my setting from previous post are all correct, but still doesn't work.
My wifes phone when first purchased was able to send and receive pictures. Since then I removed the internet plan and then reactivated Family Data Unlimited. Since I put the plan back on the phone I'm not able to send and receive pictures? I verified all settings that were on this site. Any other option to try before I call AT&T  tech support?

When AT&T deactivated and then activated the data plan, they must have done something with the messaging as well. My guess is the only way to fix this is to call AT&T.

The same sort of thing happened to me once.  I turned a messaging plan on for my wifes phone, and somehow AT&T decided to deactivate text messaging on my phone.  Just had to give them a call though and they got everything fixed.  I'm sure they can do the same for you!

all you have to do is go to camera, settings(the one on the left),and select image quality, and select economy, and after you send or receive it change it back.

What does this have to do with pictures in a mms message?
