Hi,
Well my samsung eternity started having issues last winter where it would just turn off and wouldn't turn back on frequently. And whenever I wanted to start it back I had to keep taking the battery out and putting it back in. The more I had to do this, the more time I had to keep taking it out and putting it back in to work again. So I asked customer service and they told me it was a static issue or something and I should take a brush. Well it didn't work so I had to be stuck with a prepaid phone since. Since I'm off of school I thought I try to fix it.
I think the three golden metal contact things in the phone is broken. For sure the third one is bent in weird. Do you guys know the terminology for that? Is it just part of the circuit and can I just replace that one part? Here's a picture of what I'm talking about.

Thank you in advance to anyone who can answer my questions. I just really hate this cheap prepaid I'm using.
